Biography: Ri Gwang(Korean)is a Ph.D. candidate at the Graduate School of Education, Peking University, supported by the New Sinology Plan. His research is grounded in the sociology of higher education, with a primary focus on international talent mobility, educational internationalization, and cross-cultural development. His doctoral research specifically investigates the transnational mobility mechanisms and career trajectories of international doctoral students in East Asia.

As a core researcher, he has contributed to significant national projects, including the Chinese College Student Survey (CCSS) and the MCCR. His academic contributions have been accepted and presented at prominent conferences, including the APEC Education Forum, the American Educational Research Association (AERA), the Asian Universities Alliance (AUA), AMRC, and the Institutional Research Branch of the China Association of Higher Education.
