Pathway to Postgraduate Studies

Students who complete this professional diploma can apply for the MA in Leadership at College de Paris.

English Proficiency Enhancement

Improves academic writing, presentation skills, and professional communication abilities, ensuring students are well-equipped for postgraduate study in an English-speaking academic environment.

Develop competencies in policy design, change management, and institutional transformation to lead educational innovation.

Flexible Learning Modes

  • Study mode I: 6 months (HK) + 6 months & 2 days (France)
  • Study mode II: 6 months (HK) + 3 separate stays of 2 months + 2 days (France)
  • Study mode III: 6 months (HK) + 2 separate stays of 3 months + 2 days (France)

*All modes meet France’s 182-day residency requirement

#The availability of each learning mode will be determined by the final number of students enrolled.

Students enrolled in this programme can join the Summer School at UCL or Oxford (additional fee applies).

  • Module 4 Corporate Governance, Ethics, and Strategic Leadership in Higher Education
  • Module 5 Marketing and Communication Strategies in Education
  • Module 6 Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Investment in Education

*Students may opt to replace one course from the course list above with one elective course from the list below, subjective to School approval.

*Other English Language Enhancement courses will be provided with additional charge.

  • HSUHK (Nansha) Centre; or
  • The Create by HSUHK, 15/F, M+; or
  • Lingnan University Union Park Learning Centre; or
  • Other teaching venues used by Hang Seng University may also be suitable

The course is conducted in English supplemented with Chinese. The assessment will be in English.
