The School of Transdisciplinary Studies at The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong and the College of Public Administration at Beihang University jointly organize the Summer School for Postgraduate Students 2025, offering a unique cross-cultural academic experience. This week-long programme is designed to deepen students’ understanding of social governance, policy innovation, and public management through a dynamic blend of lectures, workshops, cultural visits, and institutional tours. Participants will engage with leading scholars and policymakers while exploring the vibrant sociopolitical landscape of Hong Kong.

Participants will stay in on-campus student residences at The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong, providing a unique opportunity to experience campus life in Hong Kong and interact with local students. The comfortable and well-equipped accommodation offers a safe and convenient environment for both study and cultural exchange.
Certification
Participants who complete the full programme will receive a Certificate of Participation.
